1️⃣ No Return / No Refund Policy

At CircuitCartel, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been delivered, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect product.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product selection by customer

  • Size, color, or design preference

  • Delay caused by courier

  • Refusal to accept delivery


2️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Product (Only Eligible Case)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances

To process your request, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening)

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Order number

Without proper proof, the request will be rejected.


3️⃣ Refund Timeline (After Approval)

If your return/refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 3 business days from the date of approval

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer


4️⃣ Important Notice

CircuitCartel reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
