  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing

  • Cancel suspected fraudulent orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation (for COD).

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in INR (₹).

Prices do not include shipping charges unless mentioned.

We accept:

  • Online Payments

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Events beyond our control

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

We follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all transactions are between you and CircuitCartel.

Shopify is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues related to purchases from our store.
