1️⃣ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high order volume or festive seasons, processing time may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is successfully placed.

2️⃣ Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time across India:

  • 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Remote locations may take slightly longer

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

3️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected locations.

  • We may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch.

  • Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

5️⃣ Incorrect Address

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The order may be delayed or returned.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

CircuitCartel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6️⃣ Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

7️⃣ Damaged During Transit

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel, or

  • Record a clear unboxing video immediately

Any damage claim must follow our Return & Refund Policy and be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

8️⃣ Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will coordinate with the courier company for investigation.

CircuitCartel is not liable for issues after confirmed delivery by courier.
